Every year, one of Trussell’s other partners, Tesco, hosts a Winter Food Collection in stores across the UK to encourage customers to donate to food banks
We are delighted to share that three Elsinore products were awarded one star by the Guild of Fine Food in the 2023 Great Taste Awards!
Our Salmon Caviar was described as:
‘Vibrant orange little balls of caviar that ‘popped’ in the mouth with a burst of Umami flavour. Not over salty and with a touch of sweetness, these would be an ideal accompaniment to scrambled eggs of a smoked salmon blini.”
Whilst our Herring in Dill was considered:
“An easy-eating, entry level pickled herring that would be great with potato and egg.”
And the new kid on the block, Masago Caviar captured the judges attention:
“A most beautiful colour, glowing orange, wonderfully suited as a garnish of sushi and fish canapes. We loved the clean finish as well as the subtle crunch. A delightful product.”
Elsinore Salmon Caviar and Herring in Dill are available from Waitrose, Ocado and selected independent food stores. Elsinore Masago Caviar is available exclusively at Waitrose.
